Luckily I’ll be asleep before witnessing Vancouvers inability to outscore their problems tonight

I went to bed after the first period of the Utah game last night. I was tired and we played an absolutely dreadful first period. Came back to win 2-1 with shot attempts being 93-39 and I missed it. Could have stayed up to watch the rest of the game though, since I didn't manage to actually fall asleep until about 1:30 or so.

and then lie there staring at the ceiling :ha:

I have the complete opposite problem at my advanced age of 35... I struggle to stay awake most the time. :laugh:

I'm pretty much tired all the time, despite often consuming large amounts of caffeine. I'd probably do a lot better for myself if I drastically reduced my caffeine intake, which would likely result in me sleeping much better at night and being more alert during the day. Instead I take a lot of naps, since I'm retired and rarely have somewhere to be on any given day for more than just a couple hours at a time. That doesn't help my ability to sleep at night either.
