the funny thing is that Quinn goal is that the refs weren't going to call anything while the guy is getting tripped mugged and held.

Exactly the same play. Pure garbage.
Only difference was Lindgren had MORE time, was clearly more intentional, and wasn't remotely apologetic and raged at Rasmussen after the fact. And yet Larkin gets 5 and a game and a 5k fine. What a joke.

Per the rulebook

A player is allowed the ice he is standing on
(body position) and is not required to move in order
to let an opponent proceed unless they are an Oiler trying to stay onside
I almost missed that lol.

Feels like this may be the game where we look back on it and say THAT is when we knew the Penguins were officially done.

The masses want blood.

DET and BUF with strong statements so far against Eastern powers.

Maybe I'm too used too Vegas... but perhaps the Oilers shouldn't use their months allocation of goals in one game.
A true victory is to make your opponent see they were wrong to oppose you in the first place.

Also, I'm more concerned about them using up a fortnight's worth of routine saves.

This is my thought. Binnington bumped into Garland & he was completely out of the play even if Garland wasn't there.

Who knows what goalie interference is anymore.

If the Canucks were fighting for a playoff spot, I'd be pissed off. That said, I have no idea what goaltending interference is anymore because that contact was caused by Binnington sliding into Garland.

The Pens have lost 9 straight games against their division (36 potential points). A loss against the Oilers is irrelevant to that

When your team can only muster 12 shots after 2 periods against the Oilers, the goose is cooked
