Your not wrong but I do feel like its gotten worse. Mittelstadt played much better when they first acquired him. Not having Nuke hurts awell. And I think as good as Necas has been, losing Rantanen makes that top group less dangerous. He just had a way of getting in an area or burying a sharp angle one when they had teams on the ropes.

They play pretty passive when defending the lead in final moments, and there seems to be an invisible field around the empty net lol. They should have many more considering they have 33 wins, but they have only scored 7 total all season. Tied with Buffalo for ENGs!

Meanwhile the Caps, Jets and Avs have 18 on the year .
