If he doesn't want to wait 3 or 4 years then ask for a trade now. He will certainly know in 7 years if the rebuild was in any way successful.

I don't want to alarm anyone but Pavel Dorofeyev has 20 goals on the season, tied with McDavid and one more than Matthews.

i dunno anything about VGK so maybe this is way off base, but is Dorofeyev the first homegrown guy to 'graduate' from Henderson to become a full time Golden Knight? Or just the most successful?
