Every start is like found money for me tbh. My preseason prediction was that he'd get a start or 2 in garbage team (after TDL) and then try to be backup next season. So he could go to Laval tomorrow and I'd be thrilled. On the flip side, I thought Blumel would be a full timer by now.

That is likely what would have happened if Primeau wasn't so bad that they had to make a change. C Hughes is not really good enough to call up.

Agree. I was fine with it. I think Primeau was a good idea but he had an awful season. I don't think he's done but he needed a reset for sure. Pretty cool that Dobes came in on absolute fire and captilized (unlike Blumel, Jenik, Klapka or Jiricek this season.lol)
