Never tell me the odds
Agreed. The odds were against Fox and Shestyorkin being the best two rookies in the NHL this season, and the odds were beat.

Side note, do we have any Canucks fans in this section that I could tag?
I believe there's a guy whose username is literally @Vancouver Canucks
I’m thinking of doing the bracket thing that I think it was Pavel Buch mentioned. I think it would be best to win now or just best built team. Will the judging be on building the best team to win now, or will it involve a combination of best now and moving forward?
Just asking because we are on Hockey's Future. Lol
1) I can join if we need an extra.Agreed. The odds were against Fox and Shestyorkin being the best two rookies in the NHL this season, and the odds were beat.

I’ll throw you in with the last pick if you’re good with that?1) I can join if we need an extra.
2)While I don't want to disrupt the threat, Fox has had an incredible season buuutt he's still behind Makar and Hughes for the ROY.
That worksI’ll throw you in with the last pick if you’re good with that?
I would have if it didn’t require me to change the whole thread cause that just does not sound fun.I say rescramble the picks so I get a better one.
No I get to pick B2B and I’ll need all the help I can getI say rescramble the picks so I get a better one.
I’ll give you the third pick for the secondDoes anyone want the second pick? I’m looking to swap spots for the whole draft, not just for a few rounds.

I’m down to swap all picksDoes anyone want the second pick? I’m looking to swap spots for the whole draft, not just for a few rounds.

I’ll make the changes in the thread in a few.You have a deal.
I do think it’s wild how the best 3 rookies this year we’re all dmen and it wasn’t even close.I was joking because Savant is a fellow NYR fan. I’d take Makar long term over Fox. I don’t know if he’s had a better season, but Fox’s season isn’t reflected as much in counting stats, so he won’t win the Calder. But that’s a discussion for another thread. Both are great defensemen.
