Speaking of android's.

I have decided I will be getting the Sony Xperia Z2, but I can't find any details on Canadian release dates. It's due out in April, ugh I hope the wait isn't long as this ****** iPhone needs to go ASAP.

I have a xperia ZL. The app store sucks and I don't know about Ontario, but not very many places have google play giftcards in Winnipeg. The installation on the computer to try and convert music files is a joke. I have my iphone 4 still just so I can listen to my music. I've had mine for almost a year (got mine in April) and there will be NO cases or screen protectors available. You'd have to go to the sony store and even then they won't have much. My last update makes my phone drop calls, much harder to take screenshots and I've noticed more and more of my texts won't go through.

At this point I'm ready to go back to Apple.

On another note, I feel like I'm 12 again because... wait for it...

I'M GOING TO THE BACKSTREET BOYS IN MAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:hyper:

Come to the dark side: get a Windows Phone. Love my 41MP pictures with OIS and great low light capabilities. I used to be an iPhone freak, until Apple essentially upgraded the OS to the point it was so slow that I couldn't even answer a phone call. I have a 1st gen Windows phone that I gave to someone else that is still fast and usable.

Main downside is not having all the apps you used to have on iOS or Android, but most of the main ones are available.

Oh yeah: no iTunes anymore. Hate that piece of software with a passion.

I'll probably stick with an Iphone if only for Itunes and universal apps. I buy a fair amount of music....a couple of songs every week, an album a month etc. I don't want the hassle of having to convert or import songs to my device. I like being able to buy a song on my PC, or IPad, or Iphone, and have it instantly appear on all three devices. Same for my apps.

If it wasn't for that, I'd probably go for a Lumia 1020 or something for the camera. Super fast shutter speed on that, like 1/16000 or something. Who needs a motion stabilizer when your shutter is that quick? Great for action shots. (Not talking about shutter lag, rather the speed...two different things) 41 MP is nice too. Lots of people say you don't need 41MP, and you don't....but it's handy for cropping and creating interesting shots, changing the subject of a shot and repositioning, etc. I have a 24MP Nikon DSLR which I enjoy using but it's too big to carry around day-to-day...

My iPhone 4 is at the end of its deal, so I think I can upgrade anytime now. I'm not unhappy with my iPhone. I don't mind the small screen. Performance is okay and if I got to a 5s, it shouldn't be a problem at all. I've got a Galaxy Tab at home and I am just not crazy about Android - I like some stuff about it, but 9 times out of 10 I'll grab the 1st Gen iPad over the Galaxy Tab when I want to browse or check Twitter or whatever...so I guess I'll stick with Apple, unless I'm missing something important about Android?

I don't think you're missing anything "important" per se with an Android phone. Just more customization and more device selection. I don't hate my iPhone4 (except the few months it ran like total **** from the OS7 updates) but I am ready to try something new. I'll keep my iPhone as a music player.

Turbofan: the OIS allows the shutter to stay open longer for better low light photos without a flash. The 1020 takes some amazing pictures for a darned phone. Unless I'm making a day of out of taking pictures, I don't drag my SLR along with me anymore.

On the flip side its absolutely beautiful down here. I was working up a good sweat throwing the chains. Haven't worn a jacket in a few days.

I'm really bummed because since I moved to NS I've gotten into the best shape of my life. Dropped 7lbs and gained muscle. Now hockey is starting to wind down and I don't know how to replace that cardio. I don't want to lose what I achieved so I might try to keep going to the gym and be more religious with my calorie intake.

I WANT ABS DAMNIT!

Since I was 13, I've had a six pack, and people have told me that's it's because I lack fat not because I had strong abs. Since then, I haven't gained an inch, I've gained 60 pounds, and I still have my six pack.

I thought you should know this.

Some people are just lucky. Growing up I used to play with this one guy. He looked sculpted from marble. The guy had a 6 pack and looked ripped. Ate whatever the hell he wanted and never took one step into the gym. Meanwhile I was working out everyday, watching my diet and still looked chubby. In training camp we'd always do physical tests and I'd blow this guy out of the water all the time. Yet since I looked out of shape (despite not being) and he looked good it was always me that "needed to get in shape". Some people just have good genes

I have always had the problem that I'm small. I haven't looked great since I'm lacking muscles on my upper body. Except my core pretty much. I'm getting bigger though!

Also, I've got an iPhone 5S. It's my first iPhone but I've had an iPod since ~2004 so I'm familiar with Apple. I had a Blackberry Bold, which I did love minus the battery life going to **** half way through my 3 year plan. So glad I'm only on 2 year plans from now on. So far the iPhone has been great for me, but I've never been a "I LIKE THIS SO EVERYONE SHOULD ONLY USE THIS CAUSE I SAID SO HA HA HA!" If you like what you have, use it. Some people have good experiences with phones, others don't. I remember hearing "don't get a Blackberry, I had to get 5 of them in a month because they kept crapping out." Never had a problem with mine minus the battery.

I plan to go to Winnipeg next winter!

Winter 2014/2015?

I actually think about a trip to the Peg, too. Problem is the money of course. I'm not quite sure how much to spend besides the flight, which is like around 700 Euro as far as I know (Frankfurt -> Indianapolis -> Winnipeg). I could like fly to Chicago (probably cheaper flight anyway), we meet up and invade those Canadien weirdos together. ;)

Decided on the Dell Inspiron 15R with i5 (touchscreen)

Love it so far. $670, went without the $900 protection plan.

I can already tell the touchscreen was a good idea, makes everything much more easy.
