A bit surprised Sobolev got in so early, would have him in the bottom 4.
Of the remaining five in pretty sure four will have their rights relinquished this year.

In fact I am pretty sure smilinac isn't even our property since he wasn't signed and is a free agent. Smith and biondi are just countdowns. Croteau couldn't win a spot from a guy who couldn't win a spot in three different universities and is essentially retiring now that his NCAA career is over. That doesn't bode well.

At least we hold the Russian rights indefinitely til 27 once they go home.

Time remaining on their rights do not influence my evaluation.

Smilanic had the same kind of weird loophole Vrbetic had. He's currently still Habs property AFAIK.

Smilanic, Smith, Sobolev and Biondi are my bottom 4.

Croteau gets the goalie voodoo pass.

Realistically, none of these guys will get a deal.

So the biggest riser has been Florian xhekaj. I posted a few months ago that I suspected this would be the case.

Biggest drop is kidney/Trudeau. I blame Justin.

I picked Emmett Croteau. I foresee a great future as an heralded accountant in his future.
