Did anyone try some of the new food options yesterday? I tried to get a burger with about 5 minutes to go in the 2nd intermission at the stand in the upper concourse, and they were out of everything but chicken fingers. Lines and concourse crowding seemed as bad as last season though so that's disappointing. Whenever they do a major renovation of the concourses, I really hope they address this issue and find a way to create more space. The bathroom and food lines make it impossible to move around, not to mention that the Devils All Day All Night group meets up during the 1st intermission every game under section 225 and they clog it up.

I did notice that the $20 burgers come with fries this season, so that's nice to feel like you're getting a little more value (I think last year they were $18 w/ no fries unless you paid like $8 for a side of fries). Oddly, the menu description didn't say it came with fries. They should really update descriptions to let you know if anything comes with a side. For instance, both the burgers and the tacos are list at $20. But the burger having fries seems like a much better value, unless I missed something and the tacos come with chips?

It couldn't possibly be as bad as the Meadowlands, could it?

i dont get the jersey shore theme either. its gotta be less people in them then the lower bowl clubs no? pics next time you go? i always look to get into the clubs at some point in the season would love some if anyone in general does go.
I sat there again last night, sorry didn't take any pictures. It was a little better last night but pretty much the same setup as the preseason. They added soft pretzel rods with cheese as well as a make your own sundae section during the second intermission. Other things I forgot to mention were chicken fingers, homemade potato chips with a couple dips, and various fruits and veggies and cheeses and cold cuts.

It seems like less people than the lower clubs but this one is so big and spread out so I think that helps.

One thing I've never seen before and I'm not sure if this was a one time opening night thing or they didn't know what they were doing or what, but beer and wine was free until puck drop.

Walking through the concourse on the way out my head almost exploded from seeing the concession prices. $15 for mozzarella sticks? Pretty much everything else I saw was $20 and up. It's criminal.

Bottles of water being like $7 is my absolute biggest annoyance. I don't care how thirsty I am I'm never, ever spending that much money on a bottle of water. If any politician ever decides to run on making this sorta price gouging illegal I'll vote for them instantly.

Definitely will have to give the section a try when the tickets pop at a good price

7$ can buy you a 24 pack at q grocery store and you would still walk away with change. Its insane. Tickets for today's game are as low as 5$. For a matinee game in a holiday that's insane. A damn bottle of water costs more in 2024. Crazy stuff.

Someone a year or two ago went to Go Go Curry and said they liked it so it checked it out today. I also liked it; so let’s not make it too busy.

It’s just 1 block over from the arena so conveniently placed too.

Novelty Burger closing has be a bit heartbroken, that was such a nice option to have when you'd get there and Redd's and American Whiskey were too crowded.

I tried the meatball parm smash burger at the Pat LaFrieda stand yesterday and while it was $20, it was spectacular. It was red hot when I got it. I had to wait at least 5 minutes for it to cool down before I could eat it. It was perfectly made and delicious. It came with fries and even they were edible even though for some reason salt is a banned substance in the arena and they could have used more of that. I hate to say it, but I'd definitely get it again.

Years back at an ROH show at the Rexplex Jack Evans was at the snack bar and wanted to get a bottle of water. When told it was $4 he exclaimed "This stuff covers 3/4 of the world and you want $4 for a bottle of it???"

I know a lot of people are focused on baseball right now but there are spectacular deals on the secondary market for the next few homes games. I’ve seen tickets under $15 for Saturday night against the Caps and the same with the Isles next Friday too.

Oh yeah, can't give them away right now. Demand is usually soft until Thanksgiving but with baseball this year they can't give them away. The below are screen grabs I snapped from SeatGeek with the get in prices (without fees). Related, does any STH here have the buyback price list for 2024-2025? This is the time of year they are most useful.
