It's the fact that we have so many injuries (Dube's mouth is freaking wired shut, missing at least 7 teeth), even if we win Wednesday Coachella seems like an insurmountable task at this point.

It would be extremely disappointing to lose game 7 for sure. They have dealt with injuries and call ups all year and guys have stepped up. It’s going to take one or two of the role players to elevate their game and get on the scoresheet for them to really have a fighting chance. They had some crazy good games from guys like Sutter, Malenstyn, Borgstrom etc last year and outside of the little run by Roe earlier in the playoffs, they’ve mainly been a top heavy team IMO. They should have won game 6 and they should be absolutely pissed off that they blew game 6 and a 3 game lead in the series. Nelson needs to get the boys going tomorrow night. Winning 4 games in a row is difficult. Bears Nation needs to be out in full force

4th line was pretty hot the first couple rounds (especially against Lehigh). I think Rybinski has shown he's capable of popping off, or at least playing higher up in the lineup when needed. I'd love to see another big game out of him. Well, out of anyone.

Cleveland is never gonna roll over and die as they've made painfully clear in many ways over the course of the series, but I'd love to see just once Hershey come out and explode from the get go like Coachella did in game 5 against Milwaukee. Greaves is good but he's far from unbeatable. Get traffic to the net, get your shots through, and if there's a shot to be had, don't try to get too cute. And for the love of Christ, play with the right amount of guys on the ice.

We've seen how Cleveland stepped up with their backs against the wall. Now it's Hershey's turn for the first time in these playoffs and the stakes are huge. I'm sure they're gassed, but they NEED to go balls to the wall or they will be on the receiving end of one of the most embarrassing choke jobs in AHL history. I really hope that's motivation enough.

Fisch described Dube and Ness as "day to day" last night if I heard right. I wonder if they try to rush one or both back in tomorrow if that's the case, even if neither is 100%. Especially if Frank is out.

In 2006, they blew a 3-1 conference finals lead against Portland and won game 7 in overtime. Down 2-0 early in the first, tied by the end of the period, down 3-2 going into the third, kept peppering the hell out of Jani Hurme and tied it with just over two minutes left. Graham Mink and Eric Fehr! That's still possibly my favorite game I've ever been to, though I can't help but imagine if I was older at the time, I would've been shitting my pants the whole time. Then they beat Milwaukee in six, after the Admirals swept their own conference finals round and had a long rest in between series.

More of that please, but less stressful.

They don’t ask how they ask how many! Just get the 4th win and then get some really good drugs to get these guys back on the ice

There's been a few things that have really stood out to me as to why we're now 3-3. I think first and foremost Shepherd has been off his game, big time. He was super human last year and for most of this season. He's fallen off big time and it's not just the defense. He's made a number of bonehead plays like coming out of the net to stop a breakaway and getting beat, trying to fire the puck at the empty net in the final moments of a game which failed and directly led to a goal and last night the goal that sent us to OT he wasn't even remotely close to ready and his stick wasn't on the ice, the most basic of goaltending with less than a minute to go. The other obvious thing has been the injuries. Losing both Ness and Lujo means they're down two of their top 4 and both on the left side. Ness is a lot more than just a top 4 for the team though. He does a lot of things, is a huge leader in the room and on the ice and has been on the #1 unit with Mac all season. HAA has been pedestrian as well, really needed him to step up with the left side being crushed and he hasn't been great but he's also dealing with an injury. Iorio obviously can't play his off side, they paired him with Mac in game 5 and he looked like a beer leaguer. Day has been battling both an injury and he was sick. So it's just been kind of a mess on the blue line. Last but unfortunately not least I think the big club assumed Matty Ice would be a nice replacement for Sgarbossa but instead he's been the most disappointing Bear in recent memory for most of us. He brings absolutely nothing to the table and I'm flabbergasted how he's managed to score so many points at the AHL level. He gets bullied in the AHL just like he did in the NHL. He's incapable of anything more than being a PP specialist. Not sure if he's just checked out because he couldn't hack it with two different NHL chances and looking forward to going overseas or what but he can't get out of town fast enough for me. Sorry twabby. That said, I will not be selling my game 7 tickets, I'll be there cheering. Overreaction after about 8 twisted teas and an OT loss in a game where we snatched defeat from the jaws of victory. Not sure we stand a chance against the Fireturds but we stand a chance in game 7 and a chance to go back to the finals is better than just about everybody else right now I guess.

I will be happy if we can at least make it to the Calder Cup finals. I'll fully admit, I've had this dream of going back to back again in my head since last year, so that's gonna be hard to break, but at this point a cup finals showing would be nice

This is what i love about sports. The adversity. The will to win. Agony of defeat because that shit happens. Most people can’t handle it.

There is a lot of character in that room. A great coach. Yeah, bodies are down. No excuses.

Only one game matters. So be champs and just win!

MFhood, you are awesome. Hershey fans now huge part of our board and I am proud of it.

Hey thanks! I'm glad this forum exists honestly. It's a nice place to talk (and learn) about hockey at a slower pace as opposed to other places out there. And the Bears are a big thing here in Hershey so we gotta make sure to bring some of that here!
