How has prust played badly? he's drawn two calls by himself and played great on the PK.

He hasn't been checking as much and I've caught him floating on a few occasions , I don't expect him to be put on the powerplay but it seems like he isn't taking this game seriously (not the only one obviously) .

You can't play Desharnais and Briere on the PP together. Both of them are horrible at puck retrieval and every dump in is just giving the puck away.

That holds true even when they are first on the puck. Case in point earlier in the period DD had the puck clean behind the net, looked behind to make a play and Gunnarson just mugged him and a clear ensued.

Therrien is awful when it comes to giving ice time a Norris winner don't play 10min per game. Gionta and DD don't belong on a freaking PP

Habs are not playing bad...
the thing that's hurt us so far is the PP, trying a few too many fancy plays. just park some big butt in front of the net and shoot. The ice isn't good enough for tic tac toe plays.

So far Reimer is the difference, he's stopped a lot of great chances. Price hasn't played bad but he hasn't made as many big saves. I'm sure he'd like the 1st one back. 2nd one was a great shot. 3rd he seemed to commit before the shooter.

typical Habs vs Leafs game in Montreal.. we always find a way to make the Leafs like Stanley Cup Contenders.... so frustrating

Habs are obviously the better team tonight. Their powerplay looks pretty rough, though. And Markov is having a bad game.

On the positive side, Eller is playing amazing. Most of the team looks great actually, but no one is getting their shots off. This game would look really different with just a couple bounces going our way. And if the refs didn't call penalties on the Habs from Leafs embellishing.
