and the one game between the brothers where jack was injured, quinn dominated.

(luke also had a goal in his first game against the canucks, so he is at a pt/game over two games against his oldest brother.)

Over the decade from 82-83 to 91-92, Paul Coffey more than doubled Guy Carbonneau in points (993 to 491). But head-to-head, Carbonneau had the edge (27 GP, 26-25 in points).
That is surprising. In Oiler days, they tended not to score a whole lot of goals vs. Montreal, but you'd still expect Coffey to outscore Carbonneau. Same applies to Coffey with Pittsburgh.

Sergei Fedorov got the better of Wayne Gretzky head to head (27 GP, 38-35 in points). Maybe not a huge surprise, considering that Fedorov only faced 90s Gretzky. But it is pretty cool that Fedorov beat both Gretzky and Lemieux head to head.
It's impressive that Fedorov outscored Lemieux in this period, but with Gretzky, it's... the tale of two Gretzkys:

First 9 times (1990-93) Fedorov faced Gretzky:
20 PTS -- Gretzky
10 PTS -- Fedorov

Latter 18 times (1993-99) Fedorov faced Gretzky:
15 PTS -- Gretzky
28 PTS -- Fedorov

(As an aside, we might also remember here the Detroit - St. Louis playoff series in 1996. Old-Gretzky, on a team that couldn't score, out-goaled and out-pointed Fedorov over this series handily. Gretzky was instrumental to the Blues' wins in games four and five, whereas I don't recall Fedorov doing much of anything, even when the Wings won [Yzerman was certainly giving it his all, however]. I have always felt that if Fedorov had showed up for that series, the Red Wings would have won much more easily (probably in five games), and would thus have been in good shape to win the 1996 Cup.)
Eric Lindros - 10 GP, 4 G, 5 P, 7
Mario Lemieux - 10 GP, 14 G, 24 P, +5
This makes me wonder why Lindros didn't score well vs. Pittsburgh...? I've no answer. (Lemieux's numbers are just standard for him.)

He did well that one time in the playoff (9pts in 5 games) of that era, Flyers Lindros had 14 pts in 13 games RS + playoff I think, could be just low margin noise.
