Were probably not moving down, the Montreal mock offers haven't bad but we don't need any of their prospect defensemen, the farm system needs wingers which is why I think we should just take Demidov and run with it.

I think the Habs not taking Michkov was deeper than not being able to watch him play.
The Habs have Nickolai Bobrov as Director of Amateur Scouting. I highly doubt it was related to the team not being able to watch one of the most hyped players, who also plays is in his regional area of specialty. Montreal has been pouring money into Russian and European scouting.

Can't see Chicago moving down from 2. Too many excellent options. t's going to be a decision between Demidov and Leshuynov.

I'd be surprised if they didn't just take Demidov. He seems like the clear #2. I think the Ducks will be happy to take him if the Hawks do something else.
