Maybe 2nd. Kind of regarded the 5 zip loss to Arizona was the 1st. We absolutely cannot afford to be up 6 on Chicago as we also have 2 games in hand.
We need not lose badly, but a 6-5 regulation loss wouldn't be so bad. Especially if Chytil, Howden, Nieves, Buch and ADA score.
A Lindgren assist would be icing on the cake. That would be a GREAT night! Kind of like having your cake and eating it too! Feel badly though by wanting 6 to get past our goaltender though. Maybe he makes 40 saves, then it would hurt so much.

Ain't that the truth. We are on somewhat similar cycles. Hopefully in 2-3 years.......we re-appear in the PO's and in 4 we will finally meet them in finals, like we should have 3 years ago.

Even though my last post may seem that I DO, root for a loss, I actually never do.......just trying to keep it real. I still yell and scream at the TV, but simply not with the fervor I used to. Wow, being OKAY with losing, just doesnt sit well. You would think I woukd be immune to it.....u know....JETS, METS.

The main issue is the Franchise still trying to get into playoffs even though Brooks warned about it in one of his articles last week. It`s a Franchise decision and a strategy it started with the letter about a year ago then they moved Ryan Mc. & JT. Miller, Rick Nash, Grabner. They need to start moving some players to make sure it will be harder for us to win hockey games until the summer draft and create a cap space for a big name UFA signing or continue to build the new core in the draft.

So Jeff don`t wait until TDL and start moving players soon as possible.

Let`s go tonight - it`ll be a fun game for sure! :)
I`ll watch this game - just need to cook, so back later! ))

Are they?

They may hope for things to play out that way but nothing that they've done over the last year has shown that they're trying to get in.

It was basically a depth player for a depth player.

Holding Hayes probably raised his trade value. I've already discussed ad naseum what I think about them keeping Zucc this long.

They didn't do anything to really improve the team (which sucked last year) and aren't buying in 4.5 weeks.

How is that trying to get into the playoffs?

This team is dead and I'm pretty sure that JG knows it.

Maybe the 2nd. I thought the Arizona game we just played was their 1st. We succeeded by losing 0-5. Dont wanna lose like that but, we absolutely do NOT need to be up 6 on them, as we also have 2 games in hand. A loss is a must, unfortunately.

Still cannot comprehend how Philly, Panthers and the Devils are behind us. Even Chicago shouldnt be behind us. Shocked that Montreal isnt right there with us. L.A......not surprised at all.
