Seriously, f*** this league so hard, I wish the worst for Parros in the new year. Is everything ok with that guy? Is his logic “I suffered lots of head injuries and I think fine”? Because a) No, you clearly don’t, George, b) I’m kinda kidding on this, kinda saying there may be some serious conflict-of-interest weird psychology stuff with Parros. Dude should not be in charge, for whatever reason he is protecting goons and general goonery. Given that was his own former job, given that said job may have given him brain damage he’s in denial about..

A guy could get a broken nose, an eye injury, due to a deliberate attempt to injure, because of a blood feud involving two totally different dudes. That’s some dumb medieval shit, that is not normal or ok to most people in the modern day.

Well - he can't consider anything caught on a Mic for discipline. Its like the tape doesn't exist. So really all he has to go off of is a high stick - can't prove it was intentional because he cant use the tape.

A fine is about all he has. Lots of internet DoPS experts...but the facts are often much different than they look to us.

And yesterday the POS Hartman punches an unexpecting Flames player with his glove on off course as a gutless weasel like Hartman would never engage any other way...

Ya, realized after posting that the players’ union might have a bitch fit over mic audio being used as evidence, but like- players are purposely hurting one another. The fact that a mic is what proved that is kinda incidental to me, the league has a bigger problem when that shit is the norm.

So.. you’re right in that Parros’ hands are probably tied on this one, but come on, it’s not like he’d do anything even should this info have come some other way. And again- he and the league fail to address a major issue on this one.

Your memory is awful since Dean Evason isn't bald and John Hynes wasn't the coach when Reaves was on the team (neither was Bruce Boudreau.)
Maybe you're memory is confused cause your jimmies are so rustled by Hartman, take a breath before responding though or try to get your facts straight.
Oh yeah you're right, my memory is bad. It was right after Dillon beat the brakes off Hartman when Hartman took a swing at Dillon in front of the net then turtled. Cowardly player you guys have there.

Sure - gotta get all this stuff out of the league. Realistically though - if Dillon doesn't throw a hissy fit after Kaprizov blows him up with a reverse hit and tries to take out Kap's kidneys - none of this is an issue.

The retaliation and stupid crap is going to exist until you can get consistency and accountability from the officials on the ice.

Hartman is a well know piece of shit. He'll never get the benefit of the doubt again and rightly so.
He shouldn't. And yet he has gotten the benefit of doubt from the DoPS, despite being a repeat offender, each of his 6 or so supplemental disciplines. It's astounding.

The man isn't wired right, and the feeble DoPS is enabling him.

I mean - we both lost teams, you to Atlanta and us to Dallas.

MN Produces more hockey players per capita than any other state and a couple of Canadian provinces.

Calling MN and its hockey team irrelevant is kind of silly.
They got their team from Atlanta. They lost theirs to Arizona.

HF has spoken. Judging by the overwhelming likes in favor of the Jets, and crickets on pro-Wild takes, the Wild are POS's.
Meh, every team has their share.

So the response to a 2 minute cross checking penalty that happens multiple times every game is an intentional high stick to the youngest and smallest player on the jets? Hartman is pos and not surprised that the wild let him go crazy

Never get the benefit of doubt from who though? Not people that matter.

Hartman was drafted knowingly as a rat/agitator who will cross the line. These actions are always knowingly intentional by him.

There wasnt even a penalty called on the Dillon/Kaprizov hacks!

Some more background on Hartman and Wild / Jets.

Watch the cheap stuff by Hartman on Dillon before Dillon drops the gloves. Hartman slashes him and then takes a swing. Dillon knocked Hartman down and could have done serious damage on the downed Hartman, but let up.

Then jerk coach Evason sends out his hired goon Reaves to fight Lowry (10x the hockey player and current captain).

Bowness rightly calls Evason out for being a puny jerk coach. Evason is gone, and Bowness is coaching one of the NHL's best teams.

Compare this to the microcosm event of the Valimaki/Cousins/Zucker situation.

Hartman is a psychopath.

Who has also intentionally high sticked a player before, as evidenced earlier in this thread.

That said, Hartman inarguably has dirt to him and oftentimes has been a detriment.

Come talk when you have enough hockey knowledge to know that Winnipeg didn't lose a team to Atlanta.

Apologies - Phoenix...a much better market to lose a team to than Atlanta. I didn't mean to offend your delicate Canadian sensibilities.

The point is - those crosschecks shouldn't happen, and the reality is that as long as they are allowed to happen and players are getting hurt as a result of them other BS that shouldnt be in the game is going to occur.

Ahh that's gonna end the trail of payback in the league for sure.
Get someone to end his career cause he agitates you. Your take is to end a man's career cause he gave someone stitches? and people are calling Kaprizov soft
Agreed, don't want any NHL career to end in injury just like young 21 year old Perfetti's could have been ended by a couple of inches when Hartman's stick pokes out Perfetti's eye.

And Dillon went after Kaprizov instead of the likes of Hartman, Foligno or Maroon.

Bitch moves lead to more bitch moves.
Went after??? Did you see the play? They were both in a battle for the puck. After Dillon crossed check, yes maybe a 2 minute penalty, KapriSOFT then gave him a good crosscheck, a retaliatory 2 minute penalty there.

Thus my frustration with the league. When reffing quality came into question, 25k fines started. So I look to the refs bosses, because instead of working on the issue they silenced it and allowed it to worsen. Parros is a particularly prominent puppet, but it all stems back to Bettman and the old boys not wanting to change a thing.

There are obviously degrees of baldness, and Dean is most definitely folically challenged.
