There are legit 9 forwards on Hartford who are better than Rempe.
Good news for us. Matt Rempe is playing in the NHL which means that Matt Rempe is an NHL player.
That is an indisputable fact.
So to have 9 more forwards in Hartford that will be playing in the NHL translates into us as the strongest organization in Major League sports.

Rempe serves a purpose. Not his fault most of the other Rangers won’t drop the gloves. Sadly it’s the only reason Rempe is here right now to be honest. If the skilled guys wont fight back might as well have a guy fight for them. At least a guy like Lafy has that in his game. Sometimes Kreider when he wants to do it like when he stuck up for Lundqvist years ago. Like if those young players cant beat out a AHL player like Brodzinksi for a spot then maybe they are not ready as we may think

This is a semantic mix up. When some people say 'NHL player', they mean 'NHL caliber player'. It sounds like you mean literally 'NHL player'.

Like, was Lindgren a 2D last year? Yes.
Was Lindgren a 2D caliber player last year? Not a chance.

Is Rempe an NHLer? For the most part.
Is Rempe an NHL caliber player? That's debatable.

I’ve posted this before about myself.
I am a pedantic jerk. No apologies.
My post was meant to be read as a tongue in cheek response to the 9 Hartford forwards who are better than Matt Rempe.
The fact does remain that Matt Rempe is and has been playing in the NHL which therefore qualifies him as an NHL player.

Whats his purpose? To lose 3 out of every 5 fights he ends up getting into and to be a day late on most of his hits?

Point is he is barely capable of playing at the level blow the NHL (and it's not like Hartford is a hot bed of talent either, they have maybe 2 guys in that line up who are top 9 forwards and another 2 who have a shot.) He's literally here for the vibes.

Same applies to #55 and thats an even bigger issue because he actually plays.

Tristian Jarry on loan to Wilkes Barre Scranton for up to 14 days.
Doesn’t have to pass through waivers.
His full cap hit remains with Pittsburgh.
Question for the board.
Did Jarry have to agree to this?
Pretty sure he did based on past years attempts by the Rangers to send waiver eligible players to Hartford.

He has a modified NTC, not an NMC, so I'm not sure if he had to agree or not.

I can't see why he would disagree in any case. He needs to find a way to get his game back. From what I read, this is part of their plan.
