I just got an email from my high school saying our former science teacher died. They made him sound like this extraordinary guy and I just laughed. He turned a blind eye to legitimate teacher complaints and called us liars. Hardly a great guy.

He’s the only teacher I’ve ever told to f themselves and the Assistant Principal backed me up.

This is almost always the way it is, there are some terrible teachers but they rarely pay for it. My daughter returned to uni because she wants to change her occupation. One of the professors is an absolute moron who teaches the disabilities class. She is a conspiracy theorist and we are horrified at what she is "teaching". I am truly disgusted, she needs to be fired, but chances are always slim.

Today I went on a tour of Shriners Children's Boston to learn more about what they do, both for their patients and their families.

I was very moved. The people who work there....I don't really have the words for what they do. But I can tell you that the toys our drive sends their way go to some very special kids who deserve everything we can give them. Some also end up in their playrooms so patients can use them together all year.

If you'd still like to donate you have time, both for Shriners and BMC. Just use each hospital's own Amazon Wish Lists and put a note with any items you order: "For the Kayla Noel Toy Drive." That way they know it's from us and they can put one of our stickers on. Thank you and Merry Christmas.

Our dishwasher started leaking from the bottom today. I assume the seal needs to be replaced and it’s a fairly simple fix.

Can anyone confirm or deny?

Fatigue is not fun. I love naps but I have reached my limit. Getting my iron levels and thyroid checked in the morning.
I bought some magnesium glycinate and took the first one tonight at dinner time. It's really kicking in, I hope to get some decent sleep tonight

Do you know it’s the door and not a hose/fitting?

Mine was pissing out the bottom and i thought it was the door. Mice had chewed a hole through the discharge hose right on the other side of the bottom kick plate thing.

You’d be fine to replace on your own either way. But prepare for a surprise just in case

Exhausted physically, mentally, emotionally of late.

Very busy at work the last month. But, the B's are on their Western road trip and things have lightened up a bit.

Lovely day yesterday with friends. And communication with family members. On a weekly basis.

Now to deal with that supervisor,

✌️❤️

Is this a supplement?

Use vitamins. Supplements, not.

Home Depot went about as well as I thought it would this morning. I gave up when the guy started talking about how it's usually cheaper to replace. Byeeeeeee.

Fortunately the place we get our appliances from offers flat rate service calls, so they come to the rescue but not until next Friday. Back to the stone ages and handwashing it is!

At least it should be fixed by Christmas…

Depending on its age Kate you may want to compare cost of fixing versus a new one.
