Guy had the flu a while back, as some can attest, sometimes it takes 3-4 weeks to get back to full strength from a bad string. He will be better.

Plus he’s had a bunch of close ones. The line has been creating chances, just not burying them. That said, I think Armia would be better served on the Lowry line and Roslovic playing with Perreault and Little. But that’s only a marginal improvement.

I think we’ve clinched already no? Minny can’t get more than 106 and we get the tie breaker I believe...
I cannot remember the series record so you may be right.

But if the Wild cannot win in regulation we win with ROW

Quick thoughts... (Last regular season edition).

I've been on cruise control, just like the Jets, but a road win against the Leafs deserves a QT post.

CSW - Really solid game. They were really quick and very good with puck support. Lots of smart play in their own zone.

ESL - Decent game. Laine was dangerous. Ehlers doesn't have the same speed he had earlier. He and Stastny deserve a breather to get their quickness back.

PLA - Didn't have much going, again. Perreault with another offensive zone penalty. He and Little look like they are not at top form.

CLT - Beast game from Lowry. He absolutely dominated most of his shifts. He was great in all zones. He's going to be a real asset in the playoffs. Copp with a very strong game. His speed and strength were noticeable. Deserved the goal. Tanev was fast and aggressive, as always.

44-8 Let me just say that Morrissey played one of the best defensive games I've seen in a long time. He was absolutely brilliant. Trouba was rusty and struggled a bit with the pace, but he's very good in his own zone without the puck.

70-33 Buff was outstanding. He just dominated the Leafs all game long. I love this Buff. Morrow was okay, though he has a tendency to turn over the puck under pressure a bit too much for my liking.

7-57 I like Myers <18 minutes. He was effective as a 3rd pairing D. Chiarot was okay.

Hellebuyck was steady.

Maurice overtakes Babcock in career wins.

Our "fourth line" is F***ing money!

Great to see Stats get back on the board.

Tremendous games by all the D (except maybe Morrow)

I feel like Helly is becoming an intimidating presence for the other team if that makes sense.

Jets make me :vhappy::vhappy:
