If they do, then there’s zero reason why Primeau is still in the NHL. If you can’t trust your backup to play in a back to back against the lowly Red Wings, he’s not NHL material. Move on

I'm at work so I missed the game. I just checked the score. When I saw Habs won 4-3, I was almost disappointed because I was sure they won in OT or SO, meaning Wings got a loser point. I was very happy to see that they won it in regulation.

Larkin is 30 so he pretty much is what he is. Seider looked great tonight but yeah, they miss high end talent other than Seider and Raymond.
He's a much better skater though.

Pure Laine is what we say in french a "pure sang" a superior machine just like AO. Anybody else who would do a shot up there, nothing would happen. He's just that strong.
Xhekaj turning into a very good defenseman. Savard seems to bring out the best in him.

I want the Habs to do the same with Dobes as the Flames did with Wolf and let him simmer in the AHL for at least 2 years before he plays in The NHL on a regular basis
Carrier-Guhle looks like a stud pairing. Basically 0 chance and dzone time tonight.
Yeah, he made up one for the three. The first Detroit goal was his giveaway, so was the third and on the 2nd Detroit goal he couldn't budge the Detroit player from the front of the net. He was a defensive liability tonight. Like most nights.nice win bois.

Season’s hanging on a thread. If they play Primeau and he blows it, the full wrath of fans will fall on MSL. I know this fanbase. If he wins, some will probably even blame MSL for being reckless for playing him.

Seriously, Hutson and Laine are a deadly PP combo. Most of Laine goals are from a pass from Hutson.
