I think MSL is trying to get something out of Dvorak since it's still early in the season and Dvorak has played much better then this. But at some point MSL needs to apply his "there will be more accountability this season" on vets too.

Or HuGo should deal with it themselves. MSL isn't the one who can waive players.

Gallagher has been playing well even though his skating is embarrassing.

But to say Anderson is contributing anything other than good PKing is lying.

He can have lack of confidence in some moves/dekes like Caufield didnt look like himself all last season after one shoulder surgery. Caufield was a ghost of himself last season following that same surgery.

They are against the cap. Only reason they are compliant is because Price is on LTIR. They can’t accumulate cap space to utilize later.

Regardless, Anderson is garbage. Even if he made $3m he’d be overpaid. Why do we want useless lazy veterans?

Garbage doesn’t help a #3 PK in the league…

There are NHL coaches who would insert Condotta and sit Dvorak. I don't see MSL doing that.

The first line overall has been fine. We lack skills on the 2nd line which with Laine injured was predictable and also while the bottom 6 has been okay nobody in there can cover for top 6 injuries and ideally you want at least one bottom 6 guy able to do that. Dvorak can't cover for a top 6 center injury and none of the winger can too.
