outside of those useless hits Habs are clearly the better team tonight. Not close.

What game are you watching? AT best it's even. Sens looked like the better team in the 1st period and I'd give them the edge in the 2nd period. Take the homer glasses off for a second.

Still another period to play. Montreal looked a lot better that period. We can do this.

What's wrong with DSP?? You don't like that he's the only able to hit someone out there?

At 0 - 1 getting hits does almost nothing. The guy needs to play in front of the net and he's not doing it for ****...

I want him to sit his ass on Anderson's face... How's that?

Worst case scenario, Anderson shutout and has all of his confidence back and the confidence of his team. Not good.

But this Habs team needs to score. Geez, can those guys pretend Pacioretty isn't in the lineup?

They aren't quality shots and Ottawa has flubbed on many a chance. I was talking about the entire game, not just the period.
It's a tale of two periods. They owned the first and we owned the second.

As for us not taking quality shots, I agree there's a lot of crest shots that have been dumb and we've missed open nets. But that doesn't mean we didn't carry the play because we certainly did that period.

Also, Nik Kypreos needs to go away.

Eventually the puck is gonna go in. Pacioretty is lazy out there. His shots are average. Plays with the tip of the stick. Smith-Pelly and Gallagher are getting it done.

We are dominating the hockey play. Let's win this.

The guy disappears every single playoffs. I hope they don't give him the C cause he sure as hell doesnt deserve it. He's a regular season player.

What? They dominated the first period and we couldn't do **** with 3 powerplays. Also, even though we have 28 shots, most of them were desperate and useless.

First time in my life I feel like switching channel during a Habs playoff game.

We are playing like S to the H to the I to the TTTTTTTTTT.

19 shots, not many from the inside and those that came from there weren't clean or high shots.

We can pepper him with point shots all night, unless it's a Subbomb or a tipped shot, he's gonna save those.

...someone should wake Therrien up and tell him that the Sens have figured out "Da System" and we need an adjustment to get any sustained offense going...

What?

We are dominating this game. Running into a focused goalie who isn't barfing up 2nd chance opportunities. If we get one on Anderson, everyone breathes easier and we could rip their heart out.

If anything, our anemic PP is the elephant in the room.

Anderson isn't a great but he's not Swiss cheese like Hammond... and the only way the Habs score is with Swiss cheese in front of the net. Worst offensive team in the league.
