Thats just it there hasnt been any progression and if you draft high which they have now for a few years you need to see improvement. The players he brought in have actually regressed which didnt think was even possible. Then the high picks one is glued to the bench in another league ( not his fault) but getting no development. The other 5th overall is injured for the entire season and the 1st overall only scores on holidays.
