What about him? Thats his 3rd game in the NHL so far. Scrivens has been replacing Quick and he's got great stats, despite him being a very average (at best) goalie.

Considering LA management seem to think Scrivens is ahead of Jones on the DC, really, who cares about Jones?

Most journeyman goalies would look great playing for the Kings. Jones had a solid 1st period. It happens. Heck, Halak had a nice stretch for the Habs too a few years ago. Bad/average players will have good stretch in the NHL. These dont last tho.
Okay.

Price still is an average backup. We need a starting goaltender. We never should have traded Halak for Eller.

obvious sarcasm is obvious now

Goals on Price ... yeah, not his best night, but we can't really blame him. Only one weak goal and one obvious interference.

Dang. You'd prefer a journeyman goalie to Eller? Halak was the 3rd string goalie in St-Louis the previous 2 years ;)

You should drop nhl 14.

Aight, enough with feeding the troll.

I think the kings are a big, good, effective team. But we should not say they have everything and we have nothing. I think we are contenders too.

Imagine if every team tore down the tents at the first blowout loss. The melodrama in here is ridiculous. One game seems to count more than the last ten.

Are we contenders? Maybe. If Gallagher, Bournival and Galchenyuk keep developing, possibly. If Tinordi or Beaulieu earn another call-up by season's end, very possibly. If we go into the playoffs with a healthy and motivated Pacioretty and Eller, yes.
