So are you saying that because he was such a disruptive player off the ice, that since Anaheim knew that, we had to get an awful player in return? So even if Sekac HAD to go....was DSP a bad evaluation?

Using DD as your #1 center all season and then expecting other guys to just step in in the playoffs was a dumb thought by Therrien. The entire fan base knew DD and PAtch wouldn't work come April. But no, Therrien ignored what everyone knew to be true. Chucky hasn't been good but this is far from his fault. Put your young players in a position to succeed.

wow just wow FINALLY someone who thinks like me.

Could not believe i was the only one to think making a change at such a crucial position right before the playoffs was stupid.

Let's just hope MT finally understood that DD aint a first line center and that we will try to find a better alternative this summer and during the next training camp. Not in the middle of the season.

lol. In the end though it all good and fun. It's just for entertainment. Some people put a lil too much personal emotional involvement in a entertainment show. Living vicariously through other people/team failure or success. In the end it does not change crap in your life that the team you like win or lose.
