More likely that he's a top six (top line?) player for Laval. I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a shot in the NHL, but I think it's a signing for the Rocket.

His contract appears as if he is slated for Laval. Taking a low risk flyer,never know.

What the heck? Matheson was not a reclamation project. He had his best season to date in 21-22 just before the last one where he broke out completely.
