I see what you did there and if you didn't mean to, take the credit anyway. In his post series interview, Mark Stone is completely crushed.
Before the Chara hit he always drove the net. That nasty hit changed him and make him become Casperretty. He wouldnt be Pacioretty if he drove the net
Good point. I think the same thing goes for this board. When the Habs are winning everyone is happy and there are virtually no complaints about some player not scoring or some other player being overpaid. Does anyone really care this morning that Danault has not scored a goal in forever or that Chiarot is not a PMD or that Price makes over $10 million a year? With an anglophone coach and only one local player, the Habs clinched the Finals on the day of the St-Jean Baptiste....and no one gives a flying f*** about it.
Winning is the best remedy
Is it wrong with all the older/longtime Habs and upcoming stars on this team.....I want a Perry jersey....Haha..he's such an asshole. But he's our asshole, and we love him

I want Pierre Houde and Bob Cole for the Finals.
Sadly this is exactly right! This series painfully exposed Max as the peripheral player he is and has been for the last few years. Before the Chara hit he always drove the net. That nasty hit changed him and make him become Casperretty.
Isles fan coming in peace and reaching across the aisle to congratulate the Habs and their fans.
Amazing story and your team and fans deserve it. I'll be a nervous wreck all day waiting for my own game 7 tonight. I hope Isles can match the Canadiens' hunger tonight.
Having lived in the North Country of NY in the late 70s I totally understand and respect the Canadiens, the glorious history of the franchise, and the cultural significance of the Habs in Quebec..
I hope our 2 Franchises that have seen both hard times in recent decades meet in the finals.
Enjoy it !!!!
No one and I do mean absolutely no one beats Danny Gallivan or Felix Lecavalier. The goal call by Cuthbert was amazing. But for old time sake, I'd love Cole to be calling the Finals.

I didn't even realize he scored, I didn't clue in until I saw Gally immediately pick up the puck
Here's hoping my friend!
Oh please this narrative needs to end. That hit was so early in his career, the sample size is way too small to say what kind of player he was. He only had 20 NHL goals before the hit, and over 300 goals since. Before the Chara hit he always drove the net. That nasty hit changed him and make him become Casperretty.
Picture deserves posting over and over
What if the figs didn't really suck. Maybe we just made them our b*tches and forced them to suck. Remember we beat them in 7. Vegas only took us to 6 games.posters, it is awesome to be here.
like to thank the figs for sucking to allow us to get here

After each of the big wins I have enjoyed reading through these post game threads from the very first posts (especially after an overtime winner!) to the next day. It is great to see how people of so many ages and places and walks of life express how happy they are in different ways and different words. Social media at its best!
Life is great in Habs world right now!
