Wonderful night for the tank. Yeah pucked up a loser point but played well.. most importantly Calgary got the needed 2pts and a boost of confidence - here's hoping they finish 12thoa

I never said it was. I’m just saying even for putting those three out there tonight over much more deserving and better suited 3 on 3 options, MSL got what he deserved.
Out of the three, Dvorak was literally the only player deserving to be starting the 3 on 3 if you judge solely by this one game. Let's be honest.

Whether or not that means actually reaching the post-season, general manager Kent Hughes isn’t ready to predict. But the organization’s stated goal ahead of training camp this week is to be “in the mix” until April.

“I want us to be in the race, more long-term,” Hughes said Monday before the Canadiens’ annual season-opening golf tournament at Club Laval-sur-le-Lac. “I can’t predict whether that means until the last game, I can’t predict whether we’ll make the playoffs.

“At the end of the day, for us to progress, to move forward, the players need to gain experience as a team in games that matter.”

I don't think he saw 80% of his roster regressing. None of us did.

Why do you feel that way?

Heyyyy Pepto Bismol
Because he performed best out of those three today. Early in the game, he got in front of a shot and blocked it with his skate. He followed that by winning a puck battle and getting us on the powerplay.
I watched him carefully as I'm not a fan of his. I cannot bash him after today's game, he played a solid one, that's how I feel.

Didn't watch any of the game but I guess Coronato wasn't impressed that Skrudland once scored 9 seconds into OT in game 2 of the 1986 cup finals to win the game 3-2 for the Habs vs the Flames, so he had to go out and score 7 seconds into OT tonight.

Suzuki was 63% on faceoffs. Is it really worth the extra probability from Dvorak yet putting the worst forward on both teams on the ice?

Dvorak has also done well. Besides, it's better for Dvorak to skate to the bench after faceoff than after he would play the puck.

Fair enough... I'd have gone with Evans who tends to skate harder, but fair enough

Habs OTL goals by Army and Gally?!

Possibly the worst possible outcome for fans and tankers, unbelievable 😳
