Montembeault was excellent tonight, not sure what game you were watching (but yeah could have been better on that one).

Pathetic effort by and large, refs also missed at least 2 penalties in OT by my count

The fact that we got 1 point is a miracle. We were holding on for dear life the whole game. Those 3 on 3 lines reignited my PTSD flashbacks from the Ducharme era.

He was late to react, and guessed on the shot. It was slow, he was slow all night and battling with the puck even when it wasn't moving. All 3 goals were stoppable by a decent goalie.

They ended up with 4th line minutes.

It's a major problem when Dvorak's line is your 3rd and Evans's your 2nd.

I do not get that bench management in OT. Terrible. Starting with Carrier? Who the f*** plays defense against a team from the opposite conference? You need speed, play Newhook more. Slaf? today? Why? Geez, where was Heineman? I mean, we saw Dvorak, Slaf and Carrier in OT...insane. And if Dvorak is there for faceoff purpose, Evans had a great night there. No need for Dvo.

St. Louis was sleeping. But we get 1 point.
