Habs Lose to Bjs in Columbus

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
Hutson with 1 goal.

Matheson, Suzuki and Montembeault were ass. Caufield with the dumb penalty that gave life to Columbus.

This team still has a lot to learn.
Yeah I'm not on Suzuki for this loss.
This was all on Montembault and Matheson Hutson struggled also.
Caufield was elsewhere as well.

Stupid ending to a pretty good game. Refs absolutely refused to call penalties on the Habs but that's not why we lost.

Monty looked meh. I can't blame him because he's essentially Goldberg from the Mighty Ducks tied in the net right now due to the org refusing to move on from Primeau for some reason.

Laine better be fine.

Like I said in the GDT, I'd like to see Slaf - Suzuki - Laine, Heineman - Dach - Caufield as the top 6 after Christmas. Newhook has the speed and shoot to take Heineman's role on the 4th line and Heineman is just the better player and deserve a real shot in the top 6. Heck, you can even sit Newhook a few games and put Pezz in for all I care.

Hopefully Laine's injury isn't serious.

Oh well, they needed to finish better. Suzuki & Dach both had outstanding chances. Caufield missed on 2 breakaways.

Only the 4th line played with consistency. They were our best line - again.

We need a back up goalie. Montembeault needs actual rest to play well. 3 games in 4 nights is physically and mentally tough on a goalie. He did well.

Merry Christmas, everyone!
