Show some kind of emotion on the ice? Guy had 1 hit tonight. Oh wait I forgot, you're one of the posters saying I was dead wrong about Gally not being good. Ya he's great, he really showed me and the Sabres tonight!

Talk about changing goalposts. You went from complaining about Gallagher not talking back to the sabres players (which he actually did) to complaining about Gallagher not playing well enough.

Also, I never said Gallagher was great. I said he was better than last season.

We were as bad as under DD.
Allen was not good but our defence was awful.
The powerplay is still a freaking joke.
Suzuki was pretty bad tonight and when he's off we have zero chance of winning.
Pezetta should be sent down in favor of RHP or Richard.
I like Dach but using him at the point on the 4 on 3 is really dumb. His passing and decision making is way too slow to be the quarterback.
Still a fan of Harris but it was a real tough return for the kid.

On the other hand I'm a fan of Thompson. The guy has it all, the size, the skating, the hands and the shot. Hopefully Slaf will develop similarly.

I expect a another spanking tomorrow.
I already hear the cannon.

This team has looked a lot like last year's team recently.
He's been at the point for many games on the PP and he has been great. Matheson was horrible at the point tonight.

Well I forgot about how he nearly missed a shift because he let Skinner get in his head (although would have been weird not to talk back at that very moment). He didn't say shit afterwards or did anything about it which was my main point. You acted confused as if no athlete has ever done anything about it when we see it constantly, especially in the NHL. A player talks crap about you and humiliate your team both physically and verbally in a blow out, some retaliation occurs 9 times out of 10. Now who's changing goalposts? It was evident that I was talking about the lack of this retaliation from him, Pezz, and Anderson.

You condescendingly replied to a comment when he scored some garbage goal lol, you're being stubborn as hell.

Matheson was really bad tonight but I kinda expected it.
I disagree with Dach being good at the point. His passing is too slow and predictable.
I think he would be more useful down low.

All in all, I am proud of our boys tonight. They tried real hard for Bedard tonight.

PP has been better since he got placed there. Tonight it was Matheson and it was way worse than our recent PP in the last few games.

You literally wrote, "Gally had nothing to say", which as I pointed out was obviously not true. Also, I'm not sure where you get this from, but players rarely physically retaliate to someone talking shit to their bench. Players talk shit to opposing players every game. There's nothing exceptional about that, and it's not something that necessitates physical retaliation.

It's one thing to talk back to someone talking directly to you but it's another thing to see your team continue to get humiliated and not do anything about it (and I edited my post for further clarification but you still knew full well what I meant since you were wondering what more Gally could have done). I got it from watching hockey for most of my life. In fact, it happens in most sports. You thinking it's just simple trash talk says it all. There's a clear difference between talking trash and what happened tonight where it was poor sportsmanship from the other team. The vast majority of players in Gallagher's role as a "feisty leader" would have done a lot more. Hell even Evans showed something.

Even Gally said it was poor sportsmanship yet he did f*** all about it.
