Post-Game Talk: Habs Lose in Shootout

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.
    • Our 2025 light and dark themes were lost, so we are rebuilding them. Light theme is currently available, but work in progress

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

In the meantime, feel free to join our Discord Server
Was a great so goal, and he made a great pass in the neutral zone to Newhook, and I'm a Laine fan.

But oh my, how many turnovers did he have tonight????? It's turnover after turnover, after turnover...
It will get better. We need to be patient. Worst case just find him a defensive responsible center but I strongly believe Laine is part of the solution.

If they can do that against a stacked Colorado team, they can beat anyone. Except the Wild in Minnesota I guess.

If Newhook starts converting his chances, the second line will be good enough. But, he's been playing fantastic, just crazy snakebitten.

Can't say enough about the character of this team.

Only 13 to go. Making the playoffs will be such an valuable experience. They're learning things every game. This is what they have to go through to one day limit mistakes while the pressure is high. They're also learning to gain momentum and use it to create clutch goals.

Yeah well, they keep fighting every game and that's f***ing exciting.

Dvorak tho... Come on. Send Slaf or Hutson ffs.

Slafkovsky two goals

Hutson superstar

No no let me put Dvorak out there

Yup getting the 2 points would've been nice but no one should be disappointed with the guys tonight. They didn't quit and battled back and there was lots of good to take from tonight's game.
Agreed, we may not be the most talented team. But when it comes to "Heart". Our boys are second to none. I feel like a proud Dad now lol

Such a well coached team.

For this roster to be playing this well at this time of the year is damn impressive.

Last few games I've mostly watched opposing team broadcast... I don't recall the last time I've heard so much positive commentary about our team from other teams commentators. Thise who know hockey, know that the Habs are playing very good hockey.

We are building something very special here, what a fun time to be a Habs fan!
