Yeah he certainly isnt a bull in a china shop as much as he use to be.

Why did Xhekaj have to go after someone himself ? It was a Russian and a youngster at thar, why didn't someone else go after Denisenko immediately? Why didn't someone who's more in his weight class go after him later ? Suzuki could have taken him, but didn't. If tonight isn't the night to go out there and stand up for your teammates, then when ???

I'm not being serious with Suzuki, but it's a stupid point to say "why not now "

Habs might have been fine, but the Panthers still had Bennett and Gudas floating around, so you want to make sure you have someone who can at least tie those guys up, otherwise you get someone who gets dummied.
Suzuki is a skilled guy. Anderson is an alleged energy guy without skill. What made Anderson so desired? His ...get this... PHYSICAL PLAY along with some skill around the net. If he isn't hitting and bringing energy, he is useless

He scored a goal, which got the crowd going, which brought life into the game...

Maybe Bennett after he kneed Harris? That's a good candidate for starters.
Habs got a pp, I believe they were down by 3 at that time and I can't remember if he's on the ice then.

He goes after him, you know he's getting the instigator with how this game went.

So, again, I ask, who's he going to fight ? Go jump him later when it's 6-2 ? Maybe. You know what that leads to ? Someone on the Panthers jumping someone on the Habs.

Same one? That can definitely happen. New ligaments sometimes are too tight? And, it'll resnap. It's crazy, but it's a thing.

Too bad for Pacioretty. In 4 games, he had 3 goals. He was doing well. He's UFA this year too.

Carolina got him for free from Vegas (future considerations), so no huge loss. They basically paid him to be injured.
