I get people are mad Anderson doesn't fight, but the guy can throw bombs.

I wouldn't be surprised if he's been told by previous and now current management to not going looking for a fight.

Had Gudas obligated, Anderson would have beat his ass.

People have to remember, you fight to establish yourself in the league and then you don't have to anymore.

Yeah we'd like to see it more.
Why couldn’t he at least throw some hits? He literally had 0 hits in a game like this. Cmon man.

Wow. Refs really wanted to kiss Florida's ass after that Toronto game, eh?

Lot of POS's on that team (Tkachuk, Gudas, Bennet). Wish them ill will & a ton of injuries. Trash team. Trash organization. Trash coach.

But, we got their 1st this year. It'll be a good pick.
Totally showed that refs are unable to take control of a physical and dirty hit game, so teams are left to fend for themselves.

Also, Maurice is a total POS sending his first PP unit late in the 3rd in a game that was out of reach. A POS just like his goons.

Habs lost the game but lots of entertainment value for those who attended. Hate losing, hate losing even more in a lopsided manner but give me these kind of fireworks any time, if we're going to lose. Nothing like animosity and a rivalry.

Why is Brunet going off on Ylonen for not bringing enough sandpaper and fitting in with Suzuki and Caufield???

1. Yes, Ylonen doesn't bring physicality. But he brings other things.
2. Yes, he's not a 1st line winger. But who thought that's what his chair would be in the NHL???
3. Ylonen is clearly not fully comfortable yet. He's a solid NHLer. Let's let him get comfortable. I'm confident he'll be able to avoid bobbling the puck and be more confident with his openings when he does...

Do you actually believe what you just posted? Ludicrous
Yes ?
Does Gudas ever fight? He's more of a knee on knee guy, instigator and a diver.
He use to. I remember he didn't want to fight Parros and Parros flicked his chin, but I don't blame him for that one.
Why couldn’t he at least throw some hits? He literally had 0 hits in a game like this. Cmon man.
This. He could have had some hits. Maybe he did and they weren't counted, but that would have been 1, or 2 at most.

Hopefully next game this happens, or against Florida in March he throws some hits this time.

Anderson is a fierce fighter but for you to think management told him not to fight IS ludicrous.

It's a team that is going nowhere in the future, they gave up their first pick this season. Not too sure they have what it takes to make the playoffs. It's a welfare franchise.
All good. They’ll be crying for years once we get Bedard with their pick.

It really isn't.

I'm thinking you're thinking I mean thet pulled him specifically aside and said something tonight. I'm talking in general.

He tried to fight Tom Wilson and got punked into taking a minor. Probably cause Wilson also knew he'd get the tits beat off of him.

When ?

There's Bennett on the other team. Maybe Anderson should have grabbed him, or Gudas and started pounding them, but that's more powerplay time and possible a suspension/fine.

At the end, he tried with Gudas and nothing.

I mean, I didn't see anyone challenge him
He tried with Gudas, maybe I didn't see. Or maybe he didn't try hard enough.
I just don't see the big power forward really often anymore...

If tonight isn't the night he drops them then when?? This was THE night for that. Screw that guy.
