I would also have tried Guhle and Struble before those guys.
For sure.

But like the only forwards with more goals than Barron and Kovacevic are Caufield, Suzuki, and Monahan. Obviously Slaf and Ylonen go ahead in the shootout too. But the other guys? Why?

Hard to watch them play. I turned it off after 2md period. So many mistakes but St.Louis letting them learn. I'm want to see a win. Gets frustrating.

Guhle with turnover on first goal. Slaf with stupid penalty led to a goal. Matheson jumped on ice too early costs another goal. Pitt goalie let in couple of softies helped us.

Savard turning into a quite a player after last game he played with blocked shots left to broken hand and skate blade. Then this game he played well. Matheson has great skill but many brain cramps. He's guy Habs should trade.

I'm having a very hard time trying to enjoy this product we have ZERO lines working.
We dream of having three but we've never had two in what seems like forever.
That’s what rebuilding looks like

Past Monahan's SO attempt, none of our players were even close to score.
Anyway I no longer can stand this team and its numerous OT's.

5 regulation wins in 28 games.
This has to be the lowest number after 28 games in our history.

Our forwards are all in a huge neverending slump.

We have the worst 4 on 3 in the history of the sport.
I'm convinced that if we played a full game 4 on 3 it would still end in a SO.

true. but it's better that he's getting chances than niot.

and monahan missed the best chance that was handed out on a silver platter.
Sean Monahan: 29 games, 17 points, 31 minute production rate.
Josh Anderson: 29 games, 5 points, 96 minute production rate.

You know what kind of production rate Anderson compares too?

Nicholas Deslauriers in 2018-2019. Keep defending that shit though lol

Can't wait for our shooters to be Suzuki, Caufield, Celebrini, Dach, Slaf, Hutson in the shootout.
We're closer to the playoffs than #1 overall.

First game I'm actively mad they took to OT. Pens were terrible but yet, we made sure we were worst on so many occasions. I've never seen so many players have no idea how to shoot a puck or make a pass and be NHL players.

Making it to OT will somehow be seen as a validation of not being so bad. Ducking Pens are ass.

I'm coming to the idea that coaching might actually be a problem.

It's not the losses its the same old f***ed up useless players who can't make basic plays that are eating at me.
We are regressing and the relief isn't to be found in our farm system either.

Kent your coach played the same 3 forwards in OT because there’s 0 offensive depth on the team. Injuries yes, but stop drafting defensemen 😂
Half serious jokes aside, does he have the balls to make a trade 4 days before trade freeze ?

Still hate the shootout and think it has no place in professional hockey. That being said, you just knew some no name scrub was going to win it for a geriatric Pens team that should have been dead and buried in regulation if we had actual NHL players that can score goal and make simple passes.

We have 5 regulation wins. Can't say where they'll be in the ranking a month or two from now, they're only couple of losses in a row to be 30th in the league too.
