My favorite part is Caufield wanting the puck for a one timer all game long and our defense choosing to hammer it into a crowd.
What does it tell you about how the kids are treated on this squad? This facade of 'they bring energy, we love them, blablabla' is bullshit. Kids are just put aside on this squad. The 4 by KK was his way for him to say a big F U. It was a finger to this squad.

Lapierre, Lats et Bergie sont en tabarnak.

Funny how they thought Habs played very well in the 1st.

Guys, I think we should just stop being mad and just see these games as comedic entertainment, it will be better for our health. If they make a miraculous comeback and win the series, great, if not, there's a full clean up in the summer which might really be the best case scenario at this point

That's what I planned to do but honestly it's not even funny

The first lottery for Toronto was won with Matthews.

The 2nd lottery came in 2021, where they got to a free pass out of the 1st round.

Outside of Caufield we have no true sniper. No game breaker. No mobile defense, low hockey IQ. All a recipe for disaster. I didn’t think we were going to win the series but thought we might put up a fight. Boy was I wrong on that...
The leafs aren't even breaking a sweat. This game is like a pre-season scrimmage.

So the outcome is likely decided.

Will we come out for the third and roll over or actually put up ineffective effort?

Too bad there aren’t fans so we cant chant fire Bergevin or boo these losers off the ice. On my 21 years as a Habs fan, this is the worst team I’ve seen since maybe the first ones I watched.

2000-01 (Witehall, Traverse, Darby, etc)

I cant BELIEVE bergevin cant be booed for this shit
It would be RAINING DOWN continously
He probably knows it too like "man thank god Geoff cant hear this if it was happening "

Unfortunately, that really sums it up.

It's not that we've gotten unlucky. It's not even the lack of talent. The club has just laid down and died here. Sad to see. Very few people can really say they gave their all.

Carey Price has been outstanding and we've wasted it. Caufield... I love his game. Anderson showed up hard for one game. KK has had some good moments.

Anyone else?

I think Anderson's ankle is hurt.

He hurt it against the sens, or it was hurt prior. But I've noticed when he skates to the bench he tries to put less pressure on it.
