We'll see how he translates over a full AHL season, but he looks like a future NHL player up to this point through camp. I wish they gave Gogolev and Abramov a better pre-season opportunity given how SDA looked.

It will be very difficult for players at his calibre to get opportunities in NHL. Every year going forward you are going to see a lot of 1 year contract NHL veterans

Unless you are a highly talented player, you are going ot have earn your way up like Vergaehe did
