Stafford for DD and Flynn simply

If MP or Stafford are traded (Due to Jets missing playoffs or expansion) it will be for picks or prospects that are expansion exempt......not bad players or cap dumps. If we did take back any cap dumps we would need to be compensated for it.

Flynn is worthless, DD is a cap dump.

Sadly for you.. that's not how the NHL works since we're in a cap era. Unless the player is paid <1.5M (random/logical number), the other team has to take money back.

Especially in this situation (Jets missing the playoffs), just roll DD for the ~20 games left.. who cares about the results at that point?

Did you read my whole post? I clearly stated if we do take cap dump back we would be compensated. That is how the NHL works, teams don't do other teams favours without being paid. If Jets are taking DD (Cap dump) a Flynn (wasted roster contract) we would need to be compensated.
