People hate Thomas because he's not named Danny Kristo.

He's not NHL ready (and of the guys the same age or younger - Bournival, Holland, Mac, and Collberg, only Bournival is close to), but there's a lot of cherry picking around here.

My biggest issue is that he's a lot like Collberg.

You're kidding yourself man. Semin can score 30 (with 20 being beauties) and play GREAT 2-way. Semin is well worth 7mil. One of the most underrated player in the NHL.
