Habs Fans Reactions to Drafting David Reinbacher

It's crazy about that Domi thing because i would think Leafs fans would welcome him with open arms cause of his father.

But in the case of Renbacker I have never myself seen people attack a player for being drafted. It doesn't seem logical to me. There's nothing he can do about it. I just don't think it's in the Habs fans' DNA. Oh we go after guys because of performances like no others. Or when guys don't want to come here. But this doesn't ring true.

People just get upset that they didn't get the guy they wanted. In the NBA Knicks fans are notorious for this kind of stuff, they were booing the crap out of Porzingas when they drafted him, they booed Knox as well and were chanting "we want Porter" (Michael Porter jr) some people are gonna be like that, can't really do anything about it.

Yeah the Domi thing threw me off, apparently he posted something once like 3 years ago which offended some overly sensitive people I dont know ?

It's fun as a Leafs fans to see all of the players from this years draft jumping so high in the rankings, knowing that Slaf and DR are both going to fall much lower in the poll:

There was a very real and reasonable possibility of Montreal ending up with Cooley + Michkov, that would have been pain for us rivals.
