I'd be surprised if they do anything before they return home Laval play tomorrow.
The Lads know there is probably a roster spot for one of them so show us the fire...
Knowing that you have players who can step in and row with you is huge for a team.
Yes agree. I also feel Marty should get a lot of credit for sticking with Dach. The players see that loyalty and respond to it. That's important for young players. It's not blind loyalty either hence why Barron was cut loose. I think Marty's interpersonal skills are superb and, coupled with a high hockey IQ, he's really growing into a good coach. I'm happy Molson took a gamble on him. And gamble it was

MSL never deserved the hate. He has got the team adapted to his concepts approach and he actually has the proper players (carrier, dobes as two good examples) to implement it. The team is really rising in quality of talent, but you can see guys like Anderson and Evans have grown their game no doubt because MSL is a high hockey IQ guy and he's likely able to diagnose what they should be doing based on their capacities.

I see it in Anderson this year for sure. He has played well in the past, but now he has both consistency and more importantly, his game has a lot of intentional and deliberate thought that wasn't there before. He's really using his speed more efficiently and is gaining the zone without losing the puck. Keep him on the PK and let him shine.

Laine set out to destroy the goalie's right shoulder but settled for a goal instead.

Only watched the highlights but did the Utah goalie really suck as much as it seemed? Like did he make any good saves during the game?

Felt like a solid win, and finally we beat a bad team as well, looking good!

I wish Slaf could shoot the puck more often. 49 shots in 40 games while playing top 6 minutes is Desharnais level of commitment to not shoot.

Just stop it.
His game was horrendous for quite some time and you know it.
Plus minus while not perfect is a worthwhile stat and you know that too.
They wouldn't keep tabs if it wasn't let's see him work it down like Lane Hutson is doing.
If he can do that we will be winning games.

Yeah because he had a major injury. Its shameful how quickly people turn on good kids. And for people who turned on him and threw dirt on his career to still not want to acknowledge his steady improvement is even more silly.

Dach had a major injury mid-October 2023. He had his surgery 31st of October 2023. He had the entire rest of the 2023-2024 season and the 2024 off-season for his rehab and recovery.

He played the entire pre-season 2024-2025 and he was on the opening night roster for the start of the 2024-2025 season. He could not be activated to play if he was injured. He was not injured. He had a spot in a 20man NHL playing roster, that means he was healthy for contact hockey at the highest level of the sport.

Every Habs fan is glad, relieved, and encouraged by Dach’s recent resurgence after his horrible start to the season.

You’re tilting against windmills right now with this campaign.
