Post-Game Talk: Habs defeat the little cubs.

Bruins are bad??

Having lost 9 straight and playing against a hated rival, I really thought that Boston was going to bring more than that. They have totally checked out.

I don't think they have a long rebuild though. They'll probably have a similar one as the Habs. The top 5 pick they'll get this year is going to be a very good player.

About the game though, hated the first, but completely dominated after that, that was really good to see. They have to do the same thing against Philly too. GHG!!!

Some comments:
- I think the Dvorak line should be called the crow line because i didn't expect any of these players to have the impact they're having this year. Great stuff. Even making me wonder if Dvorak should be brought back
- Monty was solid, did the saves he had to do in the 1st
- Caufield was fighting with the puck tonight
- Hope this is the last we see of Pezz I'm sorry but hes such a pousseux de puck. No talent with the puck.
- IMO that was Heineman's best game in the NHL despite the lack of points
- Laine was brutal at different points of the game, just total nonchalance, was driving me nuts
- Slaf is so Underappreciated for what he brings on his line. The dude plays such a responsible game for his age. That's why I was worried with all the Tkachuk talk. I want Slaf to play like Slaf and not overthink things
- Nice to dominate a game with Hutson or Suzuki not being super human. Hutson played a smart efficient game but didn't have to make crazy plays
- Was worried Swayman would steal the game for them. Man their roster stinks right now, so many fringe NHLers

Bruins are terrible. They'll get McAvoy & Lindholm back next year, but their forward group is ugly.

Great game by Montreal after an unsteady 1st period. They absolutely dominated the 2nd period.

What an amazing play by Suzuki on the Caufield goal. 81 pts for our captain!

Caufield needs 5 goals to hit 40. Only 7 games left. He needs a hattrick against Philadelphia.

Slafkovsky was great tonight. He was going up against Zadorov all night & never let up. He was strong along the boards, and made a great steal that led to the Caufield goal.

Dvorak line is also playing great hockey. Gallagher still has his shot.

Now, take down Philadelphia on Saturday.
