I can take a loss. I am mentally accustomed to disappointment.

I am not wired for the kind of win this would be though. I am not sure I could deal with it.

Habs are 7-0 when I watch the game alone in my computer room.
Habs are 0-3 when I watch the game elsewhere and/or with someone else.

A few people invited me to watch the game with them. Running out of excuses and the whole superstition thing doesn't seem to be an acceptable one.

Should I shut down my phone, close Facebook and play the "Silent" card?

Lie to them and tell them you already are planning to watch the game with someone else.

Which is true. You will watch it... WITH US!!! :handclap:

Keys are obvious:

defense defense defense

goaltending

Offensively! down the middle guys.

Get TV and Patches the puck when they are in shooting position. (TV has yet to experince this phenomena)

Take the puck low on the pp and back to the point to open Subban's lane .

If the wingers play a shoot first, never pass, be the hero game we lose.

Jazz... you are totally off limit tonight. You stay in your computer room.

Noted.

Lie to them and tell them you already are planning to watch the game with someone else.

Which is true. You will watch it... WITH US!!! :handclap:

That would be an ethically viable option!

Tell you got speared in the nuts and can't walk.

Not as ethical as previous suggestion, but I'll consider it since we all have a pretty legit chance of being speared in the nuts these days.

Rask has had 2 Game 7s so far and he got scored on 4 times in both games (2010 Flyers series comeback and Leafs choke last year). I'm sure it is on his mind. Keys to the game obv good defense and pressure Rask as much as you can.

Superstition like religion is a personal choice.
The Bible says God prefers people praying in private...
Maybe superstitions should be kept as such?

What the heck am i talking about Game 7 is meant to be shared with as many people as possible!
Enjoy and...

Tell you got speared in the nuts and can't walk.

The funny thing is technically it is NOT a spear which is when the blade of the stick is used in a nefarious manner. But somehow I don't see the NHL coming up with a new name/rule for that infraction.
Can you imagine either a two or a five for SHAFTING.

I love how TSN has Pacioretty being rubbed out on the boards as the picture but has the other pic for Anaheim and LA two people battling.

Show a picture atleast at a faceoff or something. Not the Habs getting hit.

I swear TSN does this quite often.

People at work are asking me where I am watching the game tonight... For big games like this, I prefer to watch it alone (or with VERY close friends). I just get way to nervous....

I've never seen the Bruins lose a game 7 in Boston. 2011 with the Habs, Tampa in 2011, last year with the Leafs. Will today continue that streak? I hope not, but probably.

Boston is 3-0 when I watch game 7s in their own barn.
