Gotta be the worst offensive team in the history of the stanley cup playoffs? serious question.

They played great in the 2nd but the gallagher epic fail sums up this team pretty well. No killer instinct at all.

I doubt Molson is going to be satisfied. Don't forget. He's the actual boss here. Not Therrien. Not Bergy.
And If Bergevin comes out to say he's satisfied, this love story the media seems to have with him is going to start changing. Maybe the french media will take more time but not the english side.
The media also gets a little influenced by how the fans are feeling. The fans are not going to be satisfied and the pressure will rise.

I'll tell you. It will be real easy. They will buy the transition mode. Heck, who the heck asked that question to Bergevin? "What transition"? Who? Will they ask it during the press conference? Nope. Only thing you'll hear is "What would you want to see improving with this team"...."Well it's too soon to tell, we'll look at our options, it could come from within the organization, and we'll try to improve the team, as I always try to do it". Rinse and repeat. At least for anothe full year playoffs included.....'cause we will make it thanks to Price. Another 1st or 2nd round exit. Then the real qusetions might come...Therrien will stil be there at the start of the other with then a shorter leash. So I have him for at least anothe full year and start of another. At the very worst.

Maybe we really are a team in transition. Without a historic season from Price we're not higher than 10th in the east.

On the bright side, we should be able to sign Galchenyuk for pennies on the dollar.

Never in my life have I seen a team with a horseshoe this far up their ass as Tampa.

Literally every single call or bounce goes for them. I have absolutely 0 hope in coming back in this series when everything is going against us.

Everything isnt going against us and for them. We have been flat since the deadline and a low scoring team all year.

I don't expect any adjustments to be made, and quite honestly I don't think it even matters at this point. This team is so frazzled mentally that the only thing that can bust them out of it, is for something lucky to happen. That's not going to happen by changing the lines, they just plain need something good to happen, catch a god damn break.

MT needs to put Eller with Pacioretty. MT refuses to give Eller a legitimate shot offensively.

Good news: We're finally applying pressure like we should have all year long. And our defensemen are joining the rush.

Bad news: It's likely too ****ing late.

OK, I thought I was hallucinating when I saw Subba apply pressure deep in TB's zone and getting back into position without breaking a sweat. I can't even remember if he did that just once this year.

That's bad coaching and bad system right there. When you have a Subban, you let him do his thing a little more. Now it's just too little too late. ******* Therrien.
