Young guys in general are just happy to be in the NHL at this point in their careers. It's vets that think what is the point of all this in a losing season.

Mailloux needs at least 2-3 seasons in the AHL imo. He played 31 games in 2 full years. My expectations long term are really low. I'd be surprised if Kidney and Roy make the team. They might need 2 years in the AHL and some call-ups here and there. I believe Dvorak will be traded at some point in the next 2 years, same with Armia. Id welcome Byron back if he stays healthy as a veteran presence (unless there's a Corey Perry #2 out there). I'd rather have a veteran center for the 4th line à la Thompson

Dvorak is too slow to be a H11G0 type of player so they will probably trade him.
Patience, just one more year of tank mode.. but it wont have to be as bad as this year... i imagine the bottom 10 will all be fairly close.

Bedard (obviously we’re winning 2 years in a row) - Wright- the two or three pieces of Gallagher that aren’t broken
Hockey playing robot-McDavid Jr- the Ghost of Josh Anderson
3rd line is reserved only for MPs from Quebec parliament now cause politics wasn’t invasive enough before
Caufield-Suzuki-J Roy (they’re old but they make decent 4th liners now)

Is this the thread where we project all our prospects make the team only to find that we are horribly wrong?
We need a full top pairing on D and a new starting goalie. At forward we have a ton of options depending on who we draft...

Did you know that 12 players who were on the Habs SC Finals team were gone or have been traded over the last season ? So, anything can happen within a single year.

I forgot we had him lol...I forgot we had Slaf too, had to make a ninja edit. We're deep but no star forwards.
Yah I forgot about Slaf lol, I edited him in afterwards...I don't want Slaf playing with Dvo either, I think Dvo should be traded for futures or help on D because he's too good for the 4th line but we don't need him on the 3rd since others can fill in.
