Good, zero risk deal. He should be on the team all season but it looks like he has 19 more nhl games before he loses waiver-exempt status if they need to park him in the AHL if everyone is healthy. Good wheels and has shown at the AHL there is a capability for more offense than he is produced at nhl level so far if the right opportunity were to fall in his lap.
