Because the Habs, in a fit of desperation, retired a bunch of numbers since the year 2000 while doing nothing at all to try to win new Stanley Cups and form new legends. By now the ceremony is fraudulent. If the Habs are trying to distract from this rebuild by needlessly retiring Carbo's number I'd hope there would adequate push-back. Next we'll see Koivu's number retired, and then Price, and then Markov, and then Weber of course. Mickey Mouse stuff.
You sound like the MAGA people in the states. It’s no conspiracy. I wouldn’t have voted for him but I get it and don’t have an issue

His health is much better than last season and his experience is very telling. He knows how to cut down the ice. One thing he has improved on dramatically this season is his ablity to put the puck in an area where he can chase it down himself. Shades of 30 goal Gally.
He does look like Gally of old,so far so good.
I noticed hes not yapping much any more ,just goes about his assignment.
