When you consider those jerseys only had a limited amount of players play in them, it obviously isn't a player who played for Canada in the WJC because no visor, it's a right handed shot, and a clean shaven guy, then it narrows it down quite far. Considering a ton of the players who it might be have been named, and OP has refused to say anything, I would say the OP is trolling at this point. It's probably a player who has been named, a fictional player, a player who never wore that jersey, etc. Fact is, if you can't tell right away, then it's not really a very good tattoo. There should have been a number on the jersey.

My final guess is Pat Quinn, he just recently died, coached for a bunch of Team Canada events, played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, reason why there is no number on the jersey.

Could also be a player from IIHF Championship, Canada Cup, or World Cup of Hockey. Or a really really far fetched guess, Luke Schenn.

EDIT: Might not be Pat, he shot left handed.
