It makes me feel better about the quality of some of my tattoos that much i know
Welcome to HFBoards by the way!
Mike Modano?
Geez, some of you are really harsh. :| It's a tattoo covering several layers of scar tissue, so the texture/quality would never have been flawless, no fault of the tattoo artist. I intentionally wanted it to be "cartoonish" because the rest of my sleeve is water coloured and a bit more girly, a realistic portrait would simply not fit smack dab in the middle of that. & the reason it's so generic [especially the lack of jersey #] is because there's no player I admire that much to explicitly label on me permanently, even though I know it was based on a particular one.
Generic white hockey player.
Have been a lurker here for a couple of years, finally bit the bullet and joined, thought this would be a fun, inaugurating idea. (Hopefully in the correct section?)
Edited to post the before picture:
You're entitled to your opinion but there's no reason to be rude, even if you think it's "bad".. it still looks better than that, right?
Scar tissue is a pain when it comes to ink, just doesn't take greatly always.
