This is also discounting when Kuznetsov comes into camp out of shape and gets 86'ed to the AHL within 10 games.

Both players sought out and chose the Canes which you were implying because Guentzel is going FA there must be something behind the scenes driving people away from signing here.

One thing that will never change with a UFA situation is that some guys just don’t want to live in Raleigh if they have other options. Some guys want a big city. Some guys want to be closer to home. Some guys just want the most money possible. It is what is.
