kam is a a better player but bad fit on position and cap. he is a pending rfa about to be paid. his skill set includes pp and as such he is inefficient cap use with hughes in front of him

schneider is a 4d all the way signed for an extra year, without significant offensive skills likely to drive up his ask in future, and wins on position position position, and cap cap cap.
